11th GALP Conference - Shape your future! 11 November 2021 Zagreb
The "100 Smart Factories" project was launched in May 2019 with the aim of creating more smart factories. To achieve business results, companies need to adapt their operations to market conditions, customer expectations and trends, while minimizing their negative impact on the environment. Optimizing and organizing business processes, implementing the digitalization process, and ensuring corporate social responsibility are important milestones to enable a successful business transformation. This is what the Culis methodology offers, which is the result of many years of experience in production and work in the field of process optimization.
The GALP conference focuses on shaping the future through a lean, digital, and green approach, focusing on areas such as economic and industrial recovery, the importance of smart industries, digitization, and climate change mitigation. It also covered the areas of project financing and the importance of technology and knowledge for the future from Industry 4.0 experts.
Our technology expert Sandra addressed the importance of building a digital factory to optimize production, using communication infrastructure as one of the foundations. The communication network that connects all systems, processes and stakeholders is becoming the most important and at the same time the most critical asset of any smart factory. She highlighted the problem of meeting the high mobility and scalability requirements for wired networks and presented the benefits of mobile private networks.
Damir, CEO of BeeIN, together with the partners of the "100 Smart Factories" project, took part in the GALP Round Table discussion, where they addressed the topics of the conference program agenda.
